How do I Place an Order?

Where can I get my prescription?

Your eyecare professional is required by law to provide you with your prescription following an eye examination.

Can I confirm that I will receive original products when I order from All4Eyes?

All the contact lenses, frames and sunglasses & related products that are sold on All4Eyes are sourced directly from the manufacturers. Since our business is dedicated in its entirety to eyecare we have developed long-standing relationships with the leading international companies, such as, Johnson & Johnson, Alcon Ciba Vision, Cooper Vision, and Bausch & Lomb, thus assuring safety product standards.

What range of products do you offer and how readily available are they?

We love our products and know them inside and out and have access to a complete selection of products so that we offer the full range of contact lenses, frames, and sunglasses at the best possible prices. If you place an order and it so happens to be out of stock, we will email you immediately with the option to choose an alternative product or a full refund.

Why can't I find my contact lens brand?

All4Eyes strives to have a wide range of contact lens brands to offer our customers. If you cannot find a specific brand there is likely a reason for this. We probably do offer the brand you’re looking for, but under a different name. Many of the larger opticians choose to repackage and rebrand supplier's lenses in new boxes with their own brand names. All4Eyes have chosen to bypass this process and only offers contact lenses in their original brand packaging and names. Do not hesitate to contact us at orders@all4eyes.co.nz if you need help in determining which brand of contact lenses you are using. Please include information about which lens you are using and where you have purchased it.

Do I have to create an account to order from All4Eyes?

Yes, for security reasons, you will need to create an account to place an order. We have created a very simple and uncomplicated system, which only takes a few minutes. An account will store all the necessary information such as your prescription, and postal address.

How do your prices compare to competitors?

We are very competitively priced and are offering you, as the end user, a significant saving when compared to standard retail prices. However, do not let the price mislead you, as we endeavour to offer the best possible customer service by making buying from us not only price worthy but easy, quick and secure too, while always keeping eyecare health and safety at the forefront of everything we do.

Is GST included in your prices?

Yes, all our prices are GST inclusive.

FRAMES

What kind of frames are sold at All4Eyes?

We offer an extensive range of authentic branded frames and sunglasses in many different styles, colours and sizes. Use our search function on our online store to easily browse through our selection.

What is your stock availability for Frames and Sunglassess?

All of our stock is supplied directly from the brand companies themselves, so most of the time, all stock will be available within 7-14 working days. However, in the rare event that the stock is unavailable, we will immediately contact you for an estimated arrival time, and the opportunity to choose an alternative or get a full refund.

Due to the fast changes in seasonal fashion trends, various frames and sunglasses may be discontinued without prior notice. We aim to update the availability of frames sunglasses on a regular basis. In the rare event that the stock has been discontinued, we will immediately contact you with the opportunity to choose an alternative or get a full refund.

Is there a way to try on frames before I buy?

We currently do not provide that option, however this may change in the near future!

Is it possible to order frames with nonprescription lenses?

Yes, you have the option of purchasing just the frame on it's own, or getting quality lenses fitted without the precription. To purchase the frame on it's own, simply choose the option of purchasing frame only withour prescription lenses when the lenses option widget comes up. To purchase quality lenses without any prescription, simply choose plano as your prescription or 0.00.

Do you offer children's frames?

Yes, we offer both boys and girls frames on our online store.

Do you offer prescription sunglasses?

We currently do not provide that option, however this may change in the near future!

Do you offer lenses that become sunglasses when outdoors?

We currently do not provide that option, however this may change in the near future!

Do you offer progressive and or bifocal lenses?

We currently do not provide that option, however this may change in the near future!

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

How long will it take before I receive my order?

  • Contact Lenses

The majority of orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from order date. You will receive an email as soon as your contact lenses have been despatched to confirm this.

Your contact lenses will be delivered by Courier Post, and will arrive the next working day after being despatched (i.e. the next working day after you received your despatched email confirmation). You will receive a Track and Trace code along with the despatch confirmation to track your order.

  • Frames/ Prescription Glasses/Sunglasses

The majority of orders are shipped within 7 working days from order date. Some glasses take longer due to the more complex lens combinations, e.g. stronger prescriptions. There may also be a delay if our technical opticians need to contact you about your order. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been despatched to confirm this.

We work hard to ensure even the most complex prescriptions are despatched within 14 work days of being authorised by our technical opticians.

Your order will be delivered by Courier Post, and will arrive the next working day after being despatched (i.e. the next working day after you received your despatched email confirmation). You will receive a Track and Trace code along with the despatch confirmation to track your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with your Track and Trace code and the link to track your package.

PRESCRIPTIONS

How do I read my prescription?

What is PD and how do I get my PD?

Your PD will usually be supplied by your eyecare professional and printed on your prescription. If you don't have one, we highly recommend visiting your eyecare professional to get your PD measured, or alternatively, you can visit our PD Measurement Guide page to measure it on your own with ease.

Can I use my glasses prescription for my contact lenses and vice versa?

No, for optimum wearing and vision experience, we recommend getting individual prescriptions for each from your eyecare professional.

What are All4Eyes lenses made of?

We have an extensive range of quality prescription lenses to be fitted into all styles of frames. Please visit our Prescription Lenses page for more information.

Can I purchase lenses on their own?

No, we only offer frame and lenses as a package option.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the goods being dispatched. You will know the goods have been dispatched when you receive an e-mail from us confirming this. To cancel your order you need to contact us right away, during working hours, by emailing us on orders@all4eyes.co.nz. Your cancellation will be final once you receive an e-mail from All4Eyes to confirm this.

Can I return products?

If you are not satisfied with your lenses or any other product purchased from All4Eyes, and they are returned unopened, have not been tampered with and can be used for resale you may return them within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please see the Returns and Refunds page for more info.

When I return goods do I get a refund?

When you return goods we will refund you, or replace them the day after we receive the products, provided that these are returned unopened, have not been tampered with and can be used for resale. We will give you a full refund of the price paid for the products, this does not including postage costs, if any, in accordance with our returns policy. Can I exchange products?

Yes, if the products are unopened, have not been tampered with and can be used for resale, you may return them within 30 days of receiving the goods and we will replace them according to your requests. Please see the Returns and Refunds page for more info.

When I return my products do I need to pay for deliver/shipment?

All4Eyes offers free standard shipping when the goods are sent to you but if you return them you will need to pay for return shipment or any delivery charges.

What is the process I need to follow to return products for a refund or replacement?

Upon receiving the returned unopened products we will inspect them, and on the condition this product has not been tampered with and can be used for resale we will process a refund or replacement, in accordance with your request.
