"Having a son born with cataracts means an ongoing battle with new glasses and waiting for replacements of highly specialised lenses. And when a pair of glasses breaks it is always such a problem to get a replacement quickly – and in the meantime my son cannot see. This situation happened recently with a pair of Joshuas glasses. I found his exact frames on your website and emailed (over the weekend) to see how quickly we could get a replacement pair. I was very (pleasantly) surprised with the super prompt service (over the weekend) and the very friendly reply. "I was extremely surprised and happy that my lenses arrived so quickly (the day after ordering!). I couldn't quite believe it and even exclaimed surprise and elation at my courier! I had been living in Australia for the last 5 years and moved back to NZ last year. In Australia, I always received my lenses within a few days but since moving back to NZ, when I make an order (I have tried several different companies) they always message me a few days after to say that my order is on back order and will take three or so weeks! I would get so frustrated. Hence why I was so happy and surprised to get my lenses from you the next day.
