What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer. PayPayl includes an option to pay via Credit/Debit Card as well. We don’t take cheques or postal orders as forms of payment.
How do I pay via PayPal?
Paying through PayPal is simple. During checkout, you will be able to select PayPal as your payment method. You will then be directed to PayPal´s secure page, where you can enter your personal and credit card information. PayPal will also provide you with a notification. In order to pay through Paypal for future orders without re-entering your personal and payment information, you can create a free account with PayPal. Merely log on to www.paypal.com and follow the easy instructions.
How do I pay through Bank Transfer?
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please send an email to email@example.com and we will promptly respond to you with purchasing instructions.
How do I know that the payment has been successful?
Once you have paid for your order, wait a few moments and your confirmation page should load automatically on your screen, followed by a confirmation email.

What if my payment is declined?
An error message will automatically appear on your screen if your payment has been declined. Double check your details and try again. If the payment still hasn’t gone through, you should first try your card provider to ensure that there are no problems with your card, as if payment is declined we can’t check their card details.

The majority of orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from order date. You will receive an email as soon as your contact lenses have been despatched to confirm this.
Your contact lenses will be delivered by Courier Post, and will arrive the next working day after being despatched (i.e. the next working day after you received your despatched email confirmation). You will receive a Track and Trace code along with the despatch confirmation to track your order.
- Frames/ Prescription Glasses/Sunglasses
The majority of orders are shipped within 7 working days from order date. Some glasses take longer due to the more complex lens combinations, e.g. stronger prescriptions. There may also be a delay if our technical opticians need to contact you about your order. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been despatched to confirm this.
We work hard to ensure even the most complex prescriptions are despatched within 14 work days of being authorised by our technical opticians.

Are there delivery costs?
No, we are happy to provide free shipping on all orders New Zealand wide.
What if my goods arrived damaged?
We want you to receive your orders quickly and in perfect condition, so in the unlikely event that there is a fault please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will aim to resolve this as soon as possible. Please include as many details as possible about the order so that we can sort this out for you quickly.
